Yes, all prices on our website are listed in USD.
Q: Are all products in stock?
We strive to keep our inventory up-to-date. However, if an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. You can also sign up to be notified when the item is back in stock.
Q: The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock it?
If an item is out of stock on our website, it’s not currently available. However, you can use our wishlist feature to get an automatic email notification when it’s back in stock. Please note that the price may change when the item is restocked.
Q: How can I get free shipping?
*Free Shipping on All Orders totaling $199 or more (before tax) within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 states).
*Free Shipping on Singles Orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
These discounts will automatically apply when selecting your shipping method at checkout. The shipping carrier for orders qualifying for free shipping will be chosen based on the order’s weight, the items purchased, and the shipping destination. El Cardboard, Trading Card Lounge uses USPS and UPS as our primary shipping partners.
Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
If you’re local or planning to visit, select "in-store pickup" as your shipping option at checkout. Please allow 24 hours for processing before your order is ready for pickup.
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed daily at 9 AM ET and shipped later that day. Orders placed after 9 AM ET will be processed the following business day. We also process and package orders on weekends, but they will not ship until the following Monday. Please note that orders do not ship on postal service holidays.
Q: When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
We provide various shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The available methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.
Q: Will I get a tracking number with my order?
If you want tracking, please choose First-Class Package Service - Tracking, Priority Mail, or UPS at checkout. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Q: I haven't received my order. What should I do?
If your untracked order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us at kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop with your order number.
Q: When do pre-orders ship?
A: The shipping or release date is usually indicated in the title of pre-order items. Check your order confirmation email for details! Please note that if your order contains multiple pre-order items or a combination of pre-order and in-stock items, everything will ship together on the latest release date. If you prefer to receive items as they become available, please place separate orders.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled before they ship and are subject to a 10% restocking fee, due to payment processing fees that are not refundable. Please email kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop with your order number to request a cancellation.
Q: What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for items unless the customer receives an incorrect item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Q: How do I initiate a return?
If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us at kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop with your order number, pictures, and your name. If you received an incorrect sealed product item, do not open it. If you open a product you incorrectly received, you will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
Q: Do you provide refunds or exchanges for cosmetic packaging damage?
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for sealed products with cosmetic packaging damage (e.g., a small tear in the wrapping).
Q: When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly. Remember, if you receive an incorrect sealed product item, do not open it. Opening the item will void any eligibility for refund or exchange.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking information provided. If you still need assistance, contact our customer service team with your order number.

Card Condition Guide
We prioritize grading our cards honestly, so you can be confident in ordering with us.
Card Condition Categories
Mint/Near Mint (M/NM):
Almost flawless, with only minor imperfections visible under close inspection. May have very slight wear on the edges or corners; the surface is free of any noticeable scratches or marks.
Holo foils may have slight scratches on the surface if they are classified as Near Mint, as this is common and considered within the acceptable range for this grade.
Lightly Played (LP):
Minor signs of use; overall great condition. May have small edge wear, faint scratches, or slight corner wear; remains intact and visually appealing.
Moderately Played (MP):
More significant wear and tear. Pronounced edge wear, visible scratches, or noticeable corner wear. In playable condition.
Heavily Played (HP):
Considerable signs of wear. Extensive edge wear, visible surface scratching, bends, or creases. In playable condition.
Damaged (D):
Has significant defects, such as heavy creasing, tears, water damage, or other substantial issues. Not suitable for play; may hold value for collectors or for use as a placeholder in a deck.
Signed or Altered Cards:
Cards that have been signed or altered by artists or players are categorized based on their overall condition, but the alterations will be clearly noted in the product description.

Return and Refund Policy
Return Policy:
- We do not accept returns, unless the item received was incorrect.
- We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products that have cosmetic packaging damage (i.e, small rips to the plastic, dings on corners, scuffs to the plastic, or any other imperfections to the packaging material). The contents are packaged by the manufacturer and any indiscretions is out of our control.
- If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop with pictures, your name and order number. If you received an incorrect sealed product item, do not open it. If you open a product you incorrectly received, you will not be eligible for any refund or exchange.
There will be no refunds or returns on pre-ordered product. These items are ordered from our suppliers, as orders are placed through the website.
There will be no discount codes given after an order is placed. if you want to cancel it still falls under our policy of 10% fee.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at kingdrasil@elcardboard.shop.
Cancellation Policy:
All refund/cancellation requests, without exception, will incur a 10% restocking/cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. If the cancellation is due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund without any fees.

For both pre-orders and in-stock items, refunds will generally be issued as vouchers to be used on elcardboard.shop. If you request a refund via the original payment method, we reserve the right to approve or deny this request on a case-by-case basis.
All return requests must be made within one week of receiving your order. The products must be returned in their original condition and will be inspected upon arrival at our facility before the refund is processed.
Allow 10 business days for processing the request and an additional 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
*Please note: During manufacturing, procurement, or shipping, small creases, scratches, or indentations can appear on the outer packaging. If you want flawless packaging to preserve the product at the highest return, please leave a note in your order. We will always do our best to send you products of the highest quality.
**Please note: Products that cannot be returned under any circumstances are those with original or factory defects (such as bad framing, print lines, or slightly damaged corners on arcade items).
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned. If a custom order is returned, we will be unable to accept it and will donate the item. Given the fluctuating nature of the collectible market, refunds for collectible products will be prorated based on their value at the time of receipt.
Tracking and Returns:
Track your packages on the carrier's website. Check your confirmation email for more information on your shipping carrier. Customers can also directly open inquiries with carriers regarding their shipments.
How to Make a Return Request:
All returns must be pre-approved by our staff and requested within one week of receipt. Products must be returned with their original packaging and all included accessories or parts. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any risks or damages associated with the return.
Unauthorized returns (such as wrong shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, or unclaimed packages) will not be eligible for a full refund. Additional shipping charges will apply if the customer wishes to have the order reshipped.
Our customer support team will respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible. However, please note that due to time zone differences, there may be a slight delay.
Additional Information:
If a package is misdelivered due to an incorrect address, elcardboard.shop is not responsible. All packages are delivered with a signature requirement, so please ensure the correct address is provided and avoid using P.O. boxes. If you live with a relative, please include "Mr. (or Mrs.) [Your Name]" along with your surname. The full name must be written in the Roman alphabet (rōmaji).

Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipping paid for does not pertain to processing times. Only once we hand it off to USPS. Priority mail is tracked for once handed to USPS.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
Shipments may delay by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
El Cardboard ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
A Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
El Cardboard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ownership of packages turned over to USPS and UPS transfers to the buyer.
El Cardboard is not responsible for Stolen, lost, held, or damaged packages.
We currently do not ship outside the United States.
